Warm-Up
We start with a dynamic warm-up, focusing on mobility and flexibility. It preps your muscles and joints for the workout, setting you up for a safe, effective session.
Strength / Skills
Now it’s time to build strength and refine technique. Whether you’re mastering deadlifts or developing new skills, this is where progress happens. Tailored to your pace.
Workout
The workout combines strength, cardio, and functional exercises. Adaptable to any level, it pushes your body in new ways, promoting continuous progress.
Cool Down
We’ll guide you through stretches and mobility work to help your body cool down properly. Ensuring you're ready to come back stronger and setting you up for lasting success.

Most frequently asked questions and answers
No matter your current fitness level, anyone can begin Oxygen Fitness. While it might be challenging at first, exercises can be scaled to your abilities. Coaches will guide you on adjusting workouts as needed. With consistent effort, you’ll quickly notice improvements in both fitness and strength.
Our group fitness classes are 60mins, each class is broken into four parts:
- Explanation/warm-up (5-10 minutes): Prepares the body and reviews movements.
- Strength & skill (15 minutes): Focuses on strength-building or developing new Skills.
- Workout (20-30 minutes): The high-intensity portion targeting specific muscle groups.
- Cool down (5 minutes): A period for recovery and stretching.
Don’t worry if you can’t complete all the exercises right away—every workout at oxygen fitness is scalable to your individual fitness level. Coaches will help you modify movements to ensure that you are still working towards your fitness goals safely and effectively. Over time, with consistency and effort, you will improve your ability to complete the exercises.
For noticeable results, aim to attend at least 3 classes a week. When starting, listen to your body and gradually increase frequency. Consistency matters more—it’s better to do 2 classes weekly than overdo it and burn out. Focus on long-term progress.
Yes, you can still participate in workouts if you have an injury, but it’s important to inform your coach about it before starting. Workouts can be modified or scaled to avoid aggravating your injury while still allowing you to stay active. Your coach will help you choose alternative exercises to keep you moving safely.
We understand that starting something new can feel intimidating, especially when it comes to high-intensity workouts. At Oxygen Fitness, we prioritize your safety, especially if you’re just beginning your fitness journey. Our workouts are fully customizable to match your current fitness level, allowing you to start slow and build up as you gain confidence and strength.
