I need to update my payment information

Fortunately you don’t need our help with this one. You can update all your billing details by logging into Zen Planner on the website or on your phone.

Still need support? One of you coaches will be more then happy to help you when you’re next in the gym.

Can I place my membership on hold?

Yes you sure can. For details on this please visit the Membership Hold page, read the criteria and submit the hold request form.

I need to cancel my membership

We are sad to see you go 🙁
Please fill out the form below and we will be in contact for a 15 min exit interview over the phone or in person.

1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable.

2. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 14 day written cancellation notice as may be required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle from the submission of the form below. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 14-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
