My partner dean was already at CrossFit oxygen and told me to come along and try a class. 

My first impression was “this is very different training compared to what I was used to.” Now I’m used to it and love the different workouts every day.

I don’t remember what my first “bright spot” was but probably just coming to CrossFit and attending 4-5 sessions a week from the start. 

I’d like to work on improving my strength which I feel like I have gradually been doing.
