One of my friends recommended I do CrossFit. I wanted a challenge for myself and I wanted to achieve something for myself. So I started CrossFit. But I didn’t have any clue what it was that until I started the first class of the onramp

All CrossFit athletes are amazing. I thought I would never ever do anything like this in my whole life. I didn’t believe I would be able to single thing that I can do today. 

After the first class I realised I can be that CrossFit girl. I can do this. It will take time. Climbing the rope even though it’s a half way. Never thought I would be strong enough to hang on a rope like that. 

Olympic weight lifting. I want to get stronger with the proper technique. Also gymnastics. I want to get a lot better with my technique and build my strength. 

If I could go back in time, I would tell me of 1 year ago “why didn’t you start CrossFit last year G!!!”
