Our Sweat classes are 45 minutes of calorie-burning goodness. Designed to make you sweat and feel great. This class is Barbell free, using a mixture of kettlebells, dumbbells and cardio machines to give you a fun workout every time.

This is un-coached time to work on skills, catch up on the class or do mobility. Our Skills Track, includes extra programming for athletes who want to do a bit more training to complement the CrossFit programming.
